Harrison man wanted for capital murder in connection with death of wife

     A Harrison man is being sought by law enforcement on charges of capital murder in connection with the shooting death of his estranged wife. Harrison Police Chief Paul Woodruff says the charges against 36 year old Matthew Jay Bolen came after the death of his estranged wife, 26 year old Heaven Lee Bolen. She died at Monday morning at 10 from injuries sustained in the shooting incident Sunday afternoon.
     According to the Chief Woodruff, officers were responded to the victim's home at 215 West Prospect at 1:19. Mrs. Bolen was transported to a Springfield hospital and her estranged husband was developed as a suspect.
     The chief says Bolen fled the scene in his estranged wife's vehicle, which was recovered this morning. His pick up truck had been recovered earlier, according to the chief
     Matthew Jay Bolen is described as a five foot nine inches tall Caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes who sometimes wears glasses and may be wearing a goatee. He may be armed, according to Woodruff.
