A Mountain Home High School senior will continue her athletic career on the collegiate level. Vinessa Daniel signed a national letter of intent to join the women’s basketball program at Hendrix College in Conway.
Daniel says one of the main factors in her decision to become a Warrior was its location.

Daniel adds she’s walking into a team that is stacked in the frontcourt, and she will be expected to play the point guard position.

Daniel is coming off a season in which she helped lead the Lady Bombers to the quarterfinals of the Class 6A State Tournament. She ended up on the All-State team after averaging a double double in points and rebounds. Mountain Home head coach Dell Leonard gives a lot of credit to Daniel’s success to her parents.
