A Gainesville woman, 21-year-old Nicole Michelle Jenner, was arrested Sunday on felony drug charges after a Baxter County Sheriff’s Deputy found her passed out at a residence on Fish N Fiddle Road. She was charged with felony possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.According to the incident report, an anonymous caller stated there was a person passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. When approached by the deputy Jenner woke up and a white plunger portion of a syringe was located on her. The report says a reddish orange substance, believed to be methamphetamine, was in the syringe.
Jenner had a failure to appear warrant as well. She was booked into the Baxter County Jail with bond set at $6,000 and released Monday.
