The Donald W. Reynolds Library serving Baxter County is inviting children to explore Egypt this month through the Passport through the Library progam. Parents are invited to bring their children to pick up a passport, and children can earn stamps by learning about Egypt through the library’s activites.

The library will host the Cultural Culinarian on Monday. Kids in kindergarten through third grade can attend at 4:00 p.m., and tweens in fourth through sixth grades are invited at 4:30. Local youth will be able to try Salatit Zabadi and more.

Tweens are invited back to the library for a Make it! session November 27th from 4:00 to 6:00. Tweens will have an opportunity to create Hieroglyphics.

Register for the programs by going to baxlib.org. For more information, contact the children’s library at 870-580-0703.
