Mountain Home continues basketball season at Greene County Tech

High school basketball makes up the local Tuesday schedule as Mountain Home plays its last game before the Thanksgiving holiday. The Bombers and Lady Bombers will be in Paragould to meet Greene County Tech.
Mountain Home’s girls come into the game with a record of 1-1. The Lady Bombers picked up their first victory Friday at Siloam Springs.
The Mountain Home boys are also 1-1 on the season. The Bombers were able to give Mountain Home a sweep over Siloam Springs four nights ago.
The junior varsity boys’ game tips off at 5 p.m. The varsity contests begin around 6:00 and can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com.  The games will be moved to Greene County Tech Junior High School due to re-construction at the high school gymnasium.

Elsewhere, Cotter hosts Calico Rock, Norfork entertains Flippin, Bakersfield’s boys are home against Gainesville, the Dora girls travel to Mountain View-Liberty, Viola makes the short trip to Salem, Melbourne heads to Clinton, Marshall hosts Quitman, Timbo travels to Morrilton to face Sacred Heart, Mountain View entertains Bald Knob, Rural Special is home against Midland, and Omaha makes the trip to Green Forest.

Two of Mountain Home’s junior high boys’ teams return to the home floor as they take on Springdale Central. The eighth grade game tips off at 4:00 followed by the freshmen contest.
