Several Bombers receive post season football honors

Post season awards for high school football in Arkansas have been released and several members of the Mountain Home Bombers have been honored.

Two Bombers were named All-State. Quarterback Isaac McKay and fullback Junior Williams are both members of the Class 6A All-State Team. Both rushed for over 1,000 yards on the season.

Named to the 6A East All-Conference first team were McKay, Williams, defensive end Luke Foreman and cornerback Brad Litty.

Second team all-conference players include Gabe Henderson, Riley Peters, Owen Craft and Hayden Strider.

Four players also were honored as the outstanding player at their position in the 6A-East Conference. Receiving those honors were McKay, Foreman and David Wehmeyer at tight end and Mikey McLean as kicker.
