COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) Jordan Barnett posted a double-double and Missouri exploited its size advantage in an 85-51 victory over North Florida on Saturday for its fourth consecutive win.
Barnett finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds, Reed Nikko scored a career-high 12 points and Jeremiah Tilmon had 10 points for Missouri (9-2). Jontay Porter added six points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two blocks.
The Tigers used three players who are at least 6 feet 10 inches tall, and they all had their way inside against the Ospreys (5-8), whose tallest player is 6 feet 8 inches.
Missouri held a 52-31 edge in rebounds.
North Florida entered Saturday ranking fourth nationally in 3-pointers made per game at 11.9 on 40.4-percent shooting from 3-point range. To be competitive against Missouri, they needed to be hot from long range, but they made just 5 of 28 3-pointers.
Wajid Aminu led North Florida with 13 points, and Noah Horchler and Ivan Gandia-Rosa added 10 each.
