Power has been restored to 520 North Arkansas Electric Cooperative members affected by Wednesday morning’s outage in the area of Highway 201 North.
A spokesperson for the cooperative says crews must repair the downed lines and four broken poles before power to the remaining 370 members can be restored. The estimated time of restoration is four to six hours or between approximately 3:00 to 5:00 Wednesday evening.
Earlier NAEC’s Marketing and Communications Director Tori Moss said crews are working to resolve the issue caused by a truck, pulling equipment, which knocked down power lines in the area.
