4th Democrat files to run for US House seat in Arkansas

(AP) - An official with a public service school has filed to
seek a U.S. House seat representing the Little Rock area and central Arkansas, setting up a four-person Democratic primary for a Republican-held seat.Jonathan Dunkley of Little Rock filed paperwork to seek the Democratic
nomination for the 2nd Congressional District seat now held by Republican U.S. Rep. French Hill. Hill was first elected to the seat in 2014 and filed last week to run for re-election.

Dunkley, 37, is the operations director for the University of Arkansas'
Clinton School of Public Service.

State Rep. Clarke Tucker, along with educators Paul Spencer and Gwen Combs, also have filed to run for the Democratic nomination for the seat. The one-week filing period for office in Arkansas ends Thursday.
