Kyle Anthony Seimetz of Mountain Home entered a guilty plea to various drug-related charges and was given five years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court last week.

The 29-year-old Seimetz was arrested in early June last year when he was found passed out in his vehicle at a local gas station. When a Mountain Home police officer arrived, he found Seimetz slumped over with the vehicle running and the gear selector in the drive position.

The officer reported Seimetz was disoriented and confused. A pat down search was done, and a small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana along with methamphetamine and pills of various kinds was found.

It was also determined Seimetz was driving on a suspended license.

It was announced in court Thursday Seimetz has been in an inpatient treatment program run by the Veteran’s Administration.
