There is baseball and softball on the local Thursday schedule.
The Mountain Home High School softball team will be on the road as they will be in makeup action at Springdale. The varsity game begins at 4 p.m. followed by the junior varsity contest.
Elsewhere, Cotter hosts Salem, Flippin entertains Izard County, Yellville-Summit is home against Huntsvillle, Viola hosts Rural Special, Mammoth Spring entertains Calico Rock, Melbourne is home against Pocahontas, Marshall travels to Valley Springs, Mountain View makes the trip to South Side-Bee Branch, and Bergman heads to Berryville.
