A Newton County man accused of killing his wife was recently committed to the Arkansas State Hospital. According to the Hometown Daily News, two state psychologists have deemed 69-year-old Andrew Liddell of Marble Falls unfit to stand trial.

Liddell is charged with murder in the September killing of 70-year-old Annie Liddell. Newton County authorities say deputies went to the Liddells’ residence for a well-being check.
