A Midway woman, 48-year-old Patricia Ann Hudnall, has been charged with two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of parole violation.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Arkansas Community Corrections officers were assisted by Baxter County Sheriff’s investigators on a probation compliance visit on April 18th at Hudnall’s known residence on Highway 5 North in Midway.

The affidavit says a search of the residence was conducted, resulting in officers finding a used syringe and a set of digital scales, commonly associated with sales and dispensing of methamphetamine, in Hudnall’s bedroom and a glass smoking device, containing what is suspected to be methamphetamine residue, in the living room of the residence.

Hudnall was arrested Thursday afternoon following the search and is currently an inmate at the Baxter County Detention Center. Her bond is set at $2,500 and she is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court.
