Police believe the owner of a restaurant on the square in Harrison has left the area to avoid prosecution.

KY3 television reports police issued an arrest warrant for 67-year-old Donald William Alexander. The owner of the Hot Dog Shoppe is known under several alias. Alexander faces five counts of identity fraud.

Hidden cameras, computers and hard drives were seized from the Hot Dog Shoppe in April. At the time, police said Alexander was out of the state. Officers also discovered documents containing multiple names, dates of births and Social Security numbers. The Department of Homeland Security is analyzing the evidence now.

The Hot Dog Shoppe has not reopened since the raid.
