FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP)   Sentencing dates have been set for two former Arkansas state lawmakers and two others accused in a bribery scheme.

Former Sen. Jon Woods was convicted in May of 15 counts of fraud.

Woods’ sentencing is set for Sept. 5 in Fayetteville. The sentencing for consultant Randell Shelton, who was convicted on 12 counts, is Sept. 6.

Prosecutors say the pair worked together to steer money to Ecclesia College. The college’s former president, Oren Paris III, has pleaded guilty and is set for sentencing on Sept. 12.

Another ex-lawmaker who pleaded guilty in the case, former state Rep. Micah Neal, is scheduled for sentencing Sept. 13.
