PINE BLUFF, Ark. (AP) _ Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a 71-old-Arkansas woman who was later found dead.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says in a news release a 16-year-old and a 19-year-old were arrested Monday on kidnapping and theft of property warrants in the abduction of Elvia Fragstein and a prosecutor will determine formal charges.

Fragstein was reported missing July 7th when she failed to return from a shopping trip to Conway. Her body was found July 11th in Jefferson County, just outside Pine Bluff and about 70 miles (113 kilometers) southeast of Conway. Her burned vehicle was found Tuesday in Pine Bluff.

Police have said surveillance video shows Fragstein’s vehicle driving “at a high rate of speed” through the parking lot of a Conway shopping center where she is believed to have been abducted.
