Tina Hylton of Mountain Home, who was arrested during a compliance visit to the home of Michael Denton in January after drug paraphernalia was found in the residence, was given three years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

During a search of the residence, located along State Highway 101 North in the Gamaliel area, Hylton was found hiding in a closet.

Officers also reported finding a blue box containing multiple items of paraphernalia, including several glass smoking pipes commonly used for the consumption of methamphetamine.

Officers reported Denton and Hylton both admitted to using methamphetamine recently.

Denton entered a guilty plea to the charges against him stemming from the compliance visit during a court session July 12th. He was given four years probation.
