Jarred William Kingbird, who listed an address in Yellville, entered a guilty plea to drug-related charges during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

The 23-year-old Kingbird was given four years probation.

As he was being arrested for an unrelated offense in May, Kingbird was found to have drug paraphernalia intended for the use of ingesting both methamphetamine and marijuana.

The reporting officer said at least one of the spoons found in Kingbird’s possession tested positive for methamphetamine.

Kingbird has also run into trouble in Marion County on basically the same type charges.
