Another traffic stop has been made, more drugs found and additional arrests made.
In early August, a Mountain Home Police officer stopped a pick-up truck pulling a trailer. The truck did not have valid license plates.
When the officer searched the vehicle, he located a small plastic bag containing a white crystalline substance and a glass methamphetamine smoking pipe.
40-year-old Heather Kisor was a passenger in the vehicle. Kisor claimed she did not know the drugs were in the vehicle, but said she would “take the charge” anyway.
During a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday, Kisor entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to four years in prison. The state dismissed a probation revocation filed against Kisor.
