Baxter Regional Medical Center has received a $10,000 grant from the Arvest Foundation. The gift was made in support of the hospital’s community fundraising campaign to purchase two new ambulances at a cost of approximately $200,000.
The new ambulances would replace two current and aging vehicles with excessive mileage.
If the hospital meets its fundraising goal, two new ambulances would be put into use before the end of this year.
