A Little Rock woman charged with breaking into multiple vehicles and stealing and using debit and credit cards appeared in Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday and entered a not guilty plea to the charges against her.

According to court records, 25-year-old Anjanette Yancy faces 25 felony counts and a misdemeanor. Victim restitution in the various cases is estimated at $7,200.

Yancy and another woman were both identified as being involved in the alleged crimes. The second woman is still being sought in connection with the investigation.

According to the probable cause affidavit, Mountain Home police took a report of a vehicle break-in at a local business October 18th. The victim told police entry to the parked vehicle was made by knocking out windows. The victim said her wallet had been taken containing identification and bank cards, a phone, jacket and $30 in cash were missing.

About two hours after the first reported break-in, police were called to Baxter Regional Medical Center to investigate two addition vehicle break-ins.

As one of the victims in the second break-in talked with an officer, she was contacted by her credit card company to tell her the card was being used at Walmart in Mountain Home. Video surveillance reportedly captured two females using the allegedly stolen card in a self-checkout lane.

In one video segment, the two women appear to be having issues with the cards they were attempting to use. Yancy was detained and questioned at the store. The other woman fled. Yancy is reported to have initially given a fictitious name and date of birth to police. Walmart provided receipts from her purchases showing the amount of the sale and the numbers of credit cards used. Both females matched the photos of those shown making the purchases.

Yancy remains in the Baxter County jail with bond set at $75,000.
