An Agnos couple, 45 year old Joseph Jason Stallings and his 45 year old wife, Tonya Stallings, were arrested Thursday on felony drug charges, according to Fulton County Sheriff Albert Roork. The sheriff says the two were each charged with possession of methamaphetamine/cocaine; possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to pack, repack, store contain or analyze; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jason Stallings was also charged as a felon in possession of a firearm. Tonya Stallings was released from the Fulton County jail after posting $25,000 bond. In addition to the $25,000 bond set for Jason Stallings, he is being held without bond for parole violation.
The couple are scheduled to appear in circuit court February 21.
