A Mammoth Spring man, who was arrested Thursday in Fulton County on felony drug charges, is being held without bond for violation of parole or probation. Fulton County Sheriff Albert Roork says 26 year old Jessie Logan Simpson was charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and as a felon in possession of a firearm as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
