Monday's baseball, softball results

Monday was a rough day for Flippin's baseball team as they went on the road. The Bobcats fell to Mammoth Spring by a final of 11-1.

Yellville-Summit had a dominating win with a 17-3 decision over Alpena. Tyler Ramey picked up the victory on the mound, and Brock Vigna provided a grand slam for the Panthers' offense.

In softball action, Cotter lost their season opener at home, falling to Viola 13-0.

Flippin's softball squad was able to get a road victory. The Lady Bobcats defeated Mammoth Spring by a score of 16-3.
