While the Twin Lakes Area has already received a significant amount of rainfall, more is in the forecast. Meteorologist Heather Cross from the National Weather Service office in North Little Rock says the rain will continue through Sunday.

A flash flood warning remains in effect for southern Missouri for the remainder of Sunday morning. In addition, a flood warning is in effect for Baxter, Marion, northwestern Fulton, northwestern Searcy, Boone and northeastern Newton Counties until nine a.m. Sunday, and a flash flood watch is in effect for the entire Twin Lakes Area through Sunday evening.
