The Marion County Quorum Court will consider four ordinances, two resolutions, and two appointments when it meets Tuesday evening at 6:00.
One of the two resolutions is officially declaring a vacancy on the court created with the recent resignation of justice David Nixon who has been appointed as mayor of Bull Shoals.
The meeting will be held in the Marion County Courthouse.
