The Cotter City Council has scheduled its regular August session for Thursday evening at 6:00.Items on the meeting’s agenda include reports from all of the departments, a building permit report and a planning and zoning commission report.
Under old business, the council will consider an ordinance to vacate a Fifth Street easement north of Harding Boulevard by 60 feet.
The council will also hear an update from Care Center Ministries regarding community service,
an update on the status of moving forward on a case regarding a violation of the Cotter City yard ordinance on Melba Avenue, the seeking of funds for replacement of ductile iron Pipe, and a transfer of equipment.
