Missouri starts the year Saturday looking to build off its late-season surge last year. The Tigers will be in front of the home crowd in Columbia as they play host to Tennessee-Martin.
Mizzou ended up 7-6 in 2017. The Tigers finished the regular season on a six-game winning streak before losing to Texas in the Texas Bowl at Houston.
Tennessee-Martin is a member of the Ohio Valley Conference in the Football Championship Subdivision. The Skyhawks were 6-5 a year ago.
Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is set for 3 p.m. Saturday’s game can be seen on SEC Network Alternate.
