Kip Moore hopes you'll have “Room to Spare” in your vinyl collection come Record Store Day

MCA NashvilleKip Moore has curated his own special Record Store Day release for the annual event, which celebrates both indie record stores and the resurgence of vinyl.

Room to Spare borrows its title from Kip’s recent acoustic EP, with all seven of the project’s tracks on the record’s first side.  The flip side features four cuts from Slowheart — “Plead the Fifth,” “Last Shot,” “The Bull,” and “Guitar Man” — plus “That Was Us,” from the Wild Ones record.

“I’m still a big believer that there’s something special about the physical part of buying a record,” Kip says. “For me, there’s nothing better than the sound of vinyl and so I’m really happy that these songs are going to be able to be heard that way.” 

Room to Spare will be available on Record Store Day — Saturday, April 13.  You can find a location near you at RecordStoreDay.com. Here’s the complete track listing:
