In high school baseball Tuesday:
Cotter lost at Mammoth Spring 3-2. The Bears improve to 3-4 on the season.
Izard County improved to 5-0 on the season with a 3-2 win at Salem. Noah Everett delivered the game winning RBI with a sacrifice fly. Everett went two for four at the plate and Mathew Workman went two for three. Chase Orf got the win on the mound, working six innings in relief and striking out four.
Dora got their season started with a 14-4 win over Gainesville.
