A Mountain Home woman whose return of a motel room key at her boyfriend’s request led to drug charges being filed against her pled guilty to those charges and was put on probation for 10 years during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday.

Forty-three-year-old Jennifer May Greer — also known as Jennifer Sutterfield — was arrested in early August last year.

According to the probable cause affidavit, a Mountain Home police officer made contact with her at the motel. The officer found Greer had an active arrest warrant. She gave the officer permission to enter the room where he observed needles, a marijuana smoking pipe and a spoon with a white powder residue.

A number of other items were found including three separate plastic bags of suspected methamphetamine and another bag containing marijuana.

Greer was charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia used to ingest both drugs.
