Norfork’s Pioneer Days continue Saturday with a special guest appearance in the parade.Miss Arkansas Savannah Skidmore will be attending Norfork Pioneer Days and will be featured at the parade, beginning at 10 Saturday morning. Skidmore will also be available at the pavilion between Norfork City Hall and the Norfork Community Center for photographs afterwards.
Saturday’s schedule begins with the Pioneer Classic 5k. The race starts at 8, and the cost is $25 to participate.
Norfork Mayor Lisa Harrison says the final day will have several more events following the parade.
