The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team is one win away from keeping the Mickey Huskey Twin Lakes Classic championship trophy at home. In a battle between Mountain Home teams, the Lockeroom defeated MacLeod by a final of 10-2 to go unbeaten in Pool A. The Lockeroom improves to 13-5 on the season.
Pontotoc, Mississippi, will be the Lockeroom’s opponent in the title game. Pontotoc ran the table in Pool B after doubling up Paragould 6-3.
In Saturday’s earlier games, Harrison routed Manchester, Missouri, by a final of 16-1, and Batesville topped Charleston, Missouri, 7-3.
