The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office has added a new member to its Most Wanted list. Twenty-two-year-old Kyle James Tilley is wanted for residential burglary, breaking or entering, theft and fleeing.
Sheriff John Montgomery says Tilley has cut off his ankle monitor. He has an outstanding bench warrant and a bond of $25,000, and a second warrant is being issued. Tilley has also reportedly violated the conditions of his bond on previous charges.
Tilley is described as a 5-feet-9-inches-tall white male weighing 172 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information on Tilley’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office at 870-425-7000.
