Foreigner has sent out an “Urgent” call to fans, asking them to contribute assorted images relating to the band for use in the first tour book that the group is putting together in many years.

According to a post on ForeignerOnline.com, the band is requesting high-res scans of memorabilia dating from 1977 to the present, including “U.S and foreign magazine covers, covers of vintage tour books, foreign picture sleeves, record company promotional photos, backstage passes [and high-quality] personal photos you took of the band in concert.”

Go to ForeignerOnline.com to find out details regarding the specifications of the scanned images, which should be sent to tourbook@foreigneronline.com by this Monday, August 12.

Fans whose items are chosen to be the book will receive a pair of tickets and meet-and-greet passes to an upcoming Foreigner concert of their choice, as well as a personalized program signed by the band members and credit in the program.

Foreigner has about 40 upcoming North American performances on their tour schedule, not including a pair of recently announced five-date Las Vegas residencies taking place next year at The Venetian Theatre.

As previously reported, among the shows are four special “Double Vision: Then and Now” concerts in October. Those shows feature the band’s current lineup joined by most of the group’s surviving original members.

Foreigner’s next show takes place tonight in Jackson, Mississippi.
