A Baxter County road is open to through traffic nearly four and a half months after being partially closed.
According to Baxter County Road and Bridge Superintendent Mike Watts, County Road 806 is completely open due to the receding levels of Norfork Lake. The road and bridge department had announced the closure of the middle section of the road in early May, after rainfall had caused the lake to flood a portion of the road.
