A shooting incident near Timbo in Stone County late Monday afternoon has reportedly left one person dead and injured another.
WhiteRiverNow reports deputies responded to a disturbance call and found the body of 46-year-old Dora Freeman at the scene, with 54-year-old Nathaniel Freeman injured and transported to a Little Rock hospital. Dora Freeman was reportedly pronounced dead at the Timbo residence.
Law enforcement was reportedly alerted to the disturbance inside a home along Lee Hill Road by a call from Nathaniel Freeman.
Both Dora Freeman and Nathaniel Freeman apparently sustained gunshot wounds.
The Arkansas State Police’s investigation division has been asked to assist the Stone County Sheriff’s office with the investigation.
