MHHS tennis teams both finish 2nd at conference tournament

The Mountain Home High School tennis teams both finished 2nd at the 5A East Conference Tournament, which wrapped up in Jonesboro Wednesday.

On the girl’s side, Meagan Beck finished second in singles play. The doubles team of Sarah Godfrey and Macie Heidi also finished second.

In boy’s action, Dodge Harris finished fourth in singles play, while the team of Jake McGehee and Clayton Jones were fourth in doubles.

All of these players will participate in the Class 5A State Tournament Oct. 14 and 15 in Hot Springs.
