LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP)   Police in Little Rock have arrested a suspect in last month’s fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man.

Officials say 20-year-old Daquayveon Flanagan was booked on complaints of first-degree murder and terroristic act in the Sept. 15 shooting death of Emmanuel Cooper. Pulaski County Jail records indicate Flanagan was being held Sunday with bond seat at $500,000.

Authorities say officers responding to reports of early-morning gunfire in a commercial area of Little Rock found Cooper with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers performed emergency life saving measures but Cooper was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators later learned that Flanagan had gone to an area hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound to his forearm. Police say Flanagan told officers that he had been shot in the same commercial area as Cooper.
