The Gassville City Council held its regular November meeting Tuesday night, approving two ordinances after hearing third readings on both. The ordinances deal with minimum wage requirements and the issuance of new business occupation licenses. The council also heard the second reading of several franchise fee ordinances, which will be up for third readings in December.

Mayor Jeff Braim says the council also approved several items during the meeting.
