Norfork bowling teams win Ron Booy Memorial Tournament

The Norfork High School bowling teams picked up a pair of wins Thursday at the Ron Booy Memorial Tournament at Driftwood Lanes in Mountain Home.

The Lady Panthers had an exciting one-pin victory. Norfork had 1,885 total pins, while Batesville Southside finished with 1,884. Flippin was third with 1,592.
Norfork’s Madison Hall was the top bowler of the day with games of 158 and 156. Cadance Hunter added a 169 game.

On the boys’ side, Norfork finished first, 30 pins ahead of the second-place team. The Panthers had 2,658 total pins, while Southside had 2,628. Flippin was third with 2,158.
Joshua Henley of Flippin was the top bowler with a two-game total of 404.

Norfork was led by Brady Ham with games of 197 and 191, and Ty Rosson had a 223 game.
