RhinoSurviving Monkees Micky Dolenz and Mike Nesmith have given fans an advanced taste of their upcoming concert album, The Monkees Live — The Mike and Micky Show, by releasing a performance of the group’s 1966 chart-topper “Last Train to Clarksville” as a digital single and via streaming services.
