A fuel tank at the Magness Oil bulk plant in Cotter has leaked approximately 500 gallons of non-highway diesel fuel near the White River.
Benny Magness, owner of Magness Oil, says cleanup and containment is underway for the spill that occurred sometime between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning.
