Bevel finished her Mountain Home swimming career by helping lead the Lady Bombers to the Class 5A state championship. She made the podium in all four events she participated in at Russellville. She was third in the 100-yard freestyle and fifth in the 200-yard freestyle, and her teams took second in the 200-yard freestyle relay and fifth in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Bevel is also the first female athlete in Mountain Home history to be a four-year letterman in four different sports (swimming, cross country, track and softball). She says all of Mountain Home’s coaches and athletic staff have been helpful in preparing her for the next level.
