The Baxter County Quorum Court is facing a light agenda when it meets for its regularly scheduled June session Tuesday evening at 6.
In addition to one routine housekeeping item appropriating fees and reimbursements to the sheriff’s department budget, the court will consider three resolutions of reappointments. The court will be asked to confirme Judge Mickey Pendergrass’ reappointments of Ben Strider to the Cotter/Gassville Rural Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners, Marvin Hardin and David McQueen to the Hand Cove Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners and Brandon Scallion and Bill Keaster to the Baxter County Board of Equalization.
The meeting will be held in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Courthouse.
