Another member of the Mountain Home High School cross country and track programs will continue his athletic career on the collegiate level. Outgoing senior Tyler Sosnowski signed a national letter of intent Wednesday to join both programs at Williams Baptist University.
Sosnowski’s decision to become an Eagle came after visiting the Walnut Ridge campus and meeting members of the team.

Sosnowski says one the biggest transitions from high school to college will be the distance he’s required to run. He says the coaching staff at Williams Baptist will be putting him on a college training plan.

Sosnowski was part of the Mountain Home boys’ cross country team that won the Class 5A state championship in the fall. He says his time as an athlete and as part of the Mountain Home student body has prepared him for this next stage.
