The Arkansas Activities Association is moving forward with fall sports. The AAA received approval from the Arkansas Department of Health to resume school-versus-school competitions as scheduled.

For Arkansas high school sports, golf and tennis are already in progress. Football and volleyball will move forward with benefit games next week, and regular season events in both sports, cheer and dance will continue the following week.

Large outdoor and indoor venues will be allowed to seat up to 66% capacity. Spectators must maintain 6 feet of physical distance from other spectators. Single-household family groups may sit together, but the 6-foot distance must be maintained from other groups or individuals.

Bleacher seating should be restricted for every other row to be unoccupied. Standing-room only or additional chair seating should be marked on the ground to provide 6 feet of distance between spectators and groups.
