Mizzou finished last season with a record of 6-6. The Tigers were unable to qualify for a postseason bowl game due to previous NCAA violations. Alabama was 11-2 in 2019. The Crimson Tide wrapped up the year with a win over Michigan in the Vrbo Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida.
