Motorists traveling north of the state line on Missouri Highway 5 will experience delays. According to a Baxter County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, both lanes of the highway are blocked nearly 5 miles from the line in Ozark County, following a tractor trailer rig overturning Tuesday morning.
