SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) – Police say the father of a bullied Missouri junior high student has been charged with making a terrorist threat after allegedly saying he would shoot everyone in the school office. The Springfield News-Leader reports that 35-year-old Kenneth Hicks, 35, was arrested Tuesday after authorities were contacted by a Kum N Go employee who talked to him the previous night. A probable cause statement says the employee reported that Hicks complained Ozark Junior High School in Springfield was not doing enough in response to his son being bullied. Hicks did not have an attorney listed in the case.
